The group is run by a five member (5) elected committee and one Financial Advisor/Book keeper. The Coordinator/Chairperson is in charge of coordinating all the organization activities, and he/her is a Mandatory Account signatory. The Chairperson is in charge of meetings, and the bridge of the members with the

Executive Committee. The Secretary is the one with all organization legal matters, takes minutes, and a signatory. The treasurer deals with all financial, matters and records, also a signatory. The Financial advisor. He/She advises the Organization on financial matters.The group has 4committees.namely Management (5),Finance (3),procurement (3),and Monitoring (3),all trained on leadership skills and financial matters. .
